  • Where do you ship?

    We are proud to offer shipping across the United States, including all 50 states and US territories.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    1. Domestic Shipping (50 States)

    Standard Shipping: Available to all 50 states. 


    Delivery times may vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location.


    Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.


    Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.


    2. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

    Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional fees due to extended delivery areas.


    Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days.


    Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically 2-4 business days.


    3. Shipping to US Territories

    We also ship to the following US territories:


    Puerto Rico


    Guam


    American Samoa


    US Virgin Islands


    Northern Mariana Islands


    Standard Shipping: Delivery times to US territories may range from 7-14 business days, depending on location and local postal services.


    Expedited Shipping: Available to most US territories, delivery times may range between 3-7 business days.


    Shipping Costs: Shipping fees to US territories are calculated at checkout and may vary based on distance and package size.


    4. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

    PO Boxes: 

    We can ship to PO Boxes, but expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.


    APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to military addresses through USPS, with delivery times typically between 10-15 business days.


    5. Shipping Rates & Fees

    Shipping rates will be calculated based on package weight, destination, and shipping method chosen.


    6. International Shipping

    Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of US states and territories.


    7. Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


    8. Tracking Your Shipment

    You will receive a tracking link once your package has been dispatched. Please note that tracking may not be available for certain US territories.

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges. Any further questions, contact official@imua.fit. 

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.
